This is one of two of the sitting areas in this large room. I anchored the area with the Persian Rug to create cozy cohesiveness. The slightly sideways placement is intentional to add to the lived in vibe. I LOVE Persian/Tribal rugs! I believe they are art on the floor and should be treated as such. So much work goes into the creation of these pieces of art and each one is unique!
Each one of the pieces of furniture you see here has a story. I believe that homes should be a well organized, collected, cozy place that represents the story of you and your family. I also believe in spending money on one-of-a-kind pieces. Art. Rugs. Furniture. Blending old meaningful items with new ones that compliment your style.
