Douglas Fir is beautiful, sustainable & provides a stunning, Scandinavian Style wooden floor. Due to the huge size of the trees themselves; Douglas Fir yields uber wide, very long floor boards. We produce our engineered Douglas Fir flooring in extra-wide plank.
Douglas Fir is a fast-growing soft-wood and by its very nature a green flooring material: non-toxic, recyclable, grows naturally, and long-lasting. For versatility and beauty you cannot compare with Douglas Fir. Douglas Fir is a light pinky tinted timber and looks stunning with a white stain / white lye and soap finish.
Widths available up to 260mm, in long random lengths (median 2.4m).
A longer length specification is now available - up to 3.5m lengths - this is subject to availability of timber and + 15% on list prices.
Price stated are per m2 and exclusive of VAT - includes our Saatchi (white lye and soap effect) stain and low-lustre UV Oil top-coat .
