Don't you love these colors for a preteens room? The original request was for dorm beds, meaning beds at an angle. However, the room is small with many doors and windows. Placing a full size bed under the window allowed the custom desk and bookcases with storage to go on the single window wall. The bed was custom made at a specific height for Pottery Barn storage baskets beneath. The tropical blue bed paint is a Benjamin Moore color.
