Contemporary Villa
Working in collaboration with Client, Architect and Construction Company, our design team at Poliformnorth created an outstanding interior for a new build contemporary villa.
The construction was completed in time to celebrate the festive season with a super-efficient process. From concept drawings, demolition, build and finally fit-out taking only 12 months from start to finish.
Our design and installation team completely embraced the opportunity to work on a contemporary build and help create an outstanding family home. The day space included the kitchen, dining area and a sitting area all furnished in Poliform’s muted tones.
To manage the client’s expectations and the trades on site, the process from Poliformnorth included budgeting spreadsheets, 3D visualisation full plan, elevation and M&E drawings along with on site project management.
