Circa 1850-1900, old houses with new work
This house Haan removed the old roofing, installed new wood decking. Rebuilt some of the wood for the gutter.
Installed new roofing shingles with galvanized steel 'ridge roll'.
Haan fabricated and installed the new copper gutter liner, known as a 'Built in gutter' and using 4 inch corrugated copper downspouts with Haan fabricated formed copper sheet downspout straps.New cedar shingle dormer siding.
All the work was historically correct for the period home.
