This small, dated kitchen was in need of a fresh new look. With not many options for a new footprint, the sink, fridge and range stayed basically in their same locations. The range was scooted a little and centered against the back wall. The rich warm brown color of the base cabinets compliments the light Celadon green of the upper and tall painted cabinets. This brightens up the room quite a bit. As the budget was limited, Wilson Art laminate tops that look like stone were used instead of a solid surface. Removing the traditional 4" laminate back splash allows the beautiful slate tile to rest on the tops.
