Broadway on Ann is a tall and elegant building, behind modern glass with textured concrete. The development consists of 4 underground basement car parks, lobby, reception, 5 retail tenancies at ground level, 15 floors of residential apartments (247 units) and a roof-top resident deck with pool, BBQ facilities, gymnasium and beautifully landscaped areas.
Most of Broadway on Ann apartments also feature the New York inspired Wintergarden concept, ideal for Brisbane's sub-tropical lifestyle, with full height glass windows adding an entirely new dimension to the interior space. From it's higher levels, Broadway on Ann offers exhilarating views embracing both the city and the Brisbane River.
CCG were engaged by the Design and Construct Contractor Hindmarsh Constructions to be the Architect for the project. Our services include developing the design, attending design meting, document for construction drawings, coordinate with consultants and provide contract administration during construction.
Excavation commenced late 2014 and building construction is schedule for completion June 2016.
