Our client hired us to remodel the original very old cottage, after some review and with the Contractors recommendation the decision was made to tear down and start new. The lot set backs from Lake, road and creek are such that the build able area has a very tiny foot print for the Cottage, Septic and well. We managed to fit all of it in and meet our clients program. The total space exclusive of the screened room is 1,100 sqft. Open Great room Kitchen area. The Master on the ground floor open loft and bedrooms in the basement.
