a Fireplace as a room divider . . .
The arched opening between the sitting area and pool table was already divided by this arched opening, but the fireplace was added to help with heat and add some drama. The rounded shape of the fireplace helps to blend it into the space, and the natural marble mosiac facing gives it some "pop". An underlit frosted glass top gives the the fireplace some cachet all year. This project won the Master Design Bronze Award from Qualified Remodeler magazine.
