Is it possible to 'inset' a magnifying mirror into a vanity mirror?

I am always shifting back and forth between my wall mount magnifying mirror and my vanity mirror as I apply my makeup. I would like to have an inset area of magnification so I only have to move slightly to the left or right to see a non altered view!

    There may be a product out there that has both a wall mirror with an area in it that is magnified but my immediate response would be to have a maginified mirror adhered to the existing mirror. Not a great remedy and probably not great looking. I will look around for you and see what I can find.
