Just wondering what this window "canopy" is made from and how it is attached to the house? Thanks!

    Agreed. This is a lovely window detail. Our client is also very happy with their architecturally designed new home.

    The window hood is powder coated aluminium. We have detailed the fixing of it as part of our architectural service for our client.

    Many thanks for your quick response Tania. I like this window hood design as a modern alternative to the traditional style with the benefits of allowing the breezes into the home whilst providing shading from the western afternoon sun. Clever!
