Do the walls look as polished?

Love this look and would like to do the same but am concerned that if I simply paint my wall the text of the wall will throw off this look. How did you avoid this? I was unclear if you sanded the wall and the goal of using the oil enamel paint. Thank you so much in advance - looks great!

    Thank you! And thank
    you for your inquiry. This look is achieved by sanding the walls smooth after
    each coat of paint until you get the deserved smooth finish. This job was done by a professional painter and then was sprayed.
