Hawk Point

Placed on a knoll high above the valley below this country home now has a series of outdoor rooms that includes a: dining terrace, flower and herb gardens, deck grilling area, swimming pool, shade pergola, sun bathing areas, outdoor shower and fire pit area.

Granite stone step terraces and fieldstone walls create structure and flow between the house and the pool
Country Living Swimming Pool
Grass walkway terraces are defined by granite stone steps. Flowering perennials add texture and color while softening the edges of the fieldstone walls.
Stone Steps and Flower Garden
The flowering shrubs and perennials are a mix of whites, blues, magenta and purples.
Perennial Butterfly Garden and Stone wall
The grass terraces lead from the upper dining patio to the lower pool area
Stone Wall, Lawn and Pool
A custom designed pergola is placed on the east side of the pool to take advantage of the western sunsets. Stone pavers are set in the grass for a place to set chairs for sun bathing.
Cedar Pergola and Swimming Pool
The upper dinning terrace takes in the western views of the valley below. Large Oak trees create a nice shady spot in the late afternoon.

Flowering perennials and shrubs tie into the country garden feel of the site.
Perennial Gardens and stone steps
The cedar pergola provides a shady place to have lunch on a hot Summer day.
Cedar Shade Pergola and Pool
The new deck provides easy access from the house to the outdoor spaces. The grass terraces carry the lawn feel up to the elevated deck. Stone planters provide space for a future herb and vegetable garden.
Stone Steps, wood deck and grass terraces
