This is a beautiful house. I especially like the kitchen window and seating area- I would love to see a view from the backyard looking at the house- is there a photo of that posted anywhere on the site?

I just want to say thank you for sharing your floor plans :0) It's helpful to see the dimensions as we have a similar main floor footprint and are also looking at the "Classical Home" kitchen and now yours as inspiration... Beautiful home!!! All the best!
