Andrea proved his passion towards his job and his knowledge since the beginning, offering a free survey, a couple of different solutions and explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each one, which made it quite easy and clear for me to choose the best option. He installed a Nest thermostat leaving everything neat and clean, paying attention to every detail (even in the hidden corner inside the boiler room). I had worked with other AV professionals on previous refurbishments but Pinchpoint provided a far more comprehensive service throughout the project and afterwards. From initial meetings at my office to understand needs and budget, to drafting plans and specs, to liaising with other professionals and most importantly in the implementation of my specified systems. The quality of their approach and delivery was outstanding and the installations are a major upgrade on other providers. Any problems were immediately dealt with and they made sure that the spec was continuously updated for any improvements launched in the market but without blowing budget constraints. After the job was completed Pinchpoint provided me with a control sheet of all my equipment, logins and subscriptions and now monitor everything to ensure all remains in order. After sales service is very high.
