Our cottage had nearly 2,000 Rightmove views in the first month, which is double what our estate agent saw on other properties. Before contacting Jane we'd been struggling to know how to make our quirky home appeal to a fairly specific set of prospective buyers. Due to circumstances outside our control we ended up having the home staging consultation over a video call, which worked really well. I emailed over photos for Jane to have a look at, then on the call we went through them room by room, along with our annex and the front and back gardens and exterior. I could ask all the questions that had been on my mind and came away with a clear plan. It was reassuring knowing that Jane was there for us throughout the process. We were so pleased with how the pictures turned out and despite it being a very quiet market we got viewings straight away. It really is worth going that extra mile.

I contacted Jane Lee Interiors a few days before marketing photos were being taken of my late parents family house - which was being put on the market to sell. A friend of mine had recommended Jane to me. As time was short, Jane provided really insightful advice on what to move around and remove from the main house following videos I had sent her of the house, the inside of the house and its extensive gardens. Jane then came to the house for a staging day to make sure everything looked its best for the photos and viewings. Me and my siblings were delighted with the outcome, and really felt that Jane had prepared the house and rearranged furnishings (and de-cluttered) to make the property look its best both inside and out. I am sure this has helped in selling the property.

Absolutely brilliant! We asked Jane to help us make our house look amazing, when we wanted to sell and move. From our first contact Jane was understanding and immediately knew what we wanted to achieve. Moreover, she knew how to get the look we wanted. It can be hard to see the wood for the trees when you've lived in a space for some time. Jane was able to get past that and see clearly how best to make our house look clean, fresh, modern and uncluttered. We loved how Jane took our style and developed it to be the best it could be. She worked with us rather than imposing another style upon us. She had a 'light touch' and was very sensitive to our taste and style and furnishings. Jane was easy to work with, very understanding that we were in our home and that we didn't want an 'over-styled' obvious showhome, but she was a able to a achieve a very natural look. Jane is positive and upbeat, very warm and friendly. We felt she took a real genuine interest in getting the best look and the best outcome for us, and followed up on progress during our sale. The estate agents loved the way the house looked and we had massively positive feedback from viewings. The house looked the best it ever had. We sold soon and I'm certain Jane was worth every penny of her very reasonable (and transparent) fee. We loved working with Jane. She was positive, upbeat, confident and full of so many ideas. We would definitely work with Jane again and strongly recommend her!

From total overwhelm to we can do this in a few hours! If you’re looking to sell or need to declutter/ spruce up your home for other reasons, I 100% recommend Jane’s help. We felt totally overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. Jane spent a morning with me giving me advice and getting stuck into hands on decluttering and by lunchtime we had made a ton of progress and the rest of the work felt clear and easy.

I was preparing my flat for sale and felt overwhelmed about how to make it look its best for the photos. Jane came for the day and worked her magic, coming up with lots of creative ideas and advising about things I would have had no idea about. It was so helpful! And the photos came out great. I definitely recommend her assistance if you're in a similar position, especially given the challenges of selling at the moment.

From when Jane first introduced herself over the telephone, she had a very friendly and relaxed manner. It was great spending time with Jane, breaking every room down and making notes. There were a lot of things I wouldn’t have thought about that can make a big difference to the look of a room. Great to know that Jane can do follow up consultations.

Having packed my kitchen up into boxes ready for the installation of a new kitchen, when it was completed Jane came to unpack the boxes and advise me how to make the most of my new kitchen. Firstly she divided all the items into different categories such as baking, oven ware ,table ware etc. Although I had got rid of a lot of my items that I no longer needed Jane showed me that I did not need some of the other items I had saved while being very sensitive to fact that some items had sentimental value. What Jane has done certainly will make a big difference when cooking as all the items I will need will be in one draw or cupboard and means you are not going from one place to another to find everything. Although I have less cupboard or draw space Jane has manage to fit it all in a way that makes life a lot simpler and cleaner.

Jane has a wealth of experience and is very professional, responsive and most helpful throughout the entire process. She brought my vision and ideas to life and all within the agreed specified time-frame and budget. Highly recommended.

I contacted Jane when I was looking to re design the interiors of our holiday cottages. Jane was so helpful, suggesting a design scheme combining three mix-and-match colours: green, duck egg and blue which could be used across all cottages. Her choice of paint colour to lighten up the bedroom walls have made such a difference in transforming the space and her lists of suggested soft furnishings were easy for me to source and all within budget. Jane is helping me with decluttering and styling via zoom. We have almost completed my home office and I am so delighted and surprised by the results. It started as a bit of a jumble in the spare room and is now a gorgeous, well organised space that makes me smile every time I walk in.
