I chose to work with Mark and the DSDG team after they were recommended by a potential contractor as someone who would "get the job done". I commissioned Mark and team to design a very custom design- modern glass/concrete waterfront home. DSDG took some areal views to determine my best view and designed the house to optimize the view while meeting my must haves & desires. The house looks great, very one of a kind, and more importantly, is "what I wanted" and am the person most impressed. I am amazed at the complements I receive on the house. Mark submitted a proposal, came up with a concept, and then detailed the final product. There were no surprises, or unexpected charges. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and the DSDG team for a home project.

Mark Sultana custom-designed a beautiful modern home to fit perfectly on our water-front property on Casey Key here in Osprey FL. Mark was super-easy to work with and produced a home which was stunning and exceeded our wildest expectations. DSDG produced all the architecture and engineering work needed so that a builder of my choice was able to go build our dream home. Mark even recommended several builders of luxury water-front homes and arranged interviews for us with each builder. The home, completed in November of 2021, is simply exquisite from top to bottom, with glass everywhere in the home providing unending views of the water. I would highly recommend Mark Sultana and DSDG to anyone interested in designing a building a beautiful luxury home.

I came to Sarasota December 2015 and I needed an architect to plan my 1st house ( Mark got a lot of awards with that house) in USA ! When I met Mark in his office, I knew from the beginning : He is the right one - the energy was great! Now I finished the second house with him and starting the next! He is always in time, is doing the best, has always lot of wonderful ideas and for everything we find a solution ! Everybody can feel his passion! And his team is great too!

Mark Sultana designed a beautiful modern home to our specifications on time and on budget. He was flexible to make changes we wanted during the design process but always balanced our requests with the design aesthetic. This resulted in a house that was both beautiful and functional to our requirements. Mark has always been easy to work with from design through construction administration including collaboration with our builder. As a result the construction phase is running smoothly and in budget. I recently completed a new home designed by DSDG. The construction of the house over the last 10 months went very much according to plan. The house was built on time and within our original budget. The original architectural plan was extremely thorough and detailed helping us avoid expensive change orders while building. I would highly recommend DSDG for a new custom residence.

Mark was absolutely outstanding! He listened to what I was looking for and to how I lived, he studied all the information and idea books I sent to him, and then presented amazing layouts and concepts for me to choose from. He was open and receptive to changes, and all of this while staying within my budget in his design! During the construction phase, Mark was always available to create solutions for any questions that arose, and worked closely with the builders when necessary. Working with DSDG was a delight!
