Nick Leith-Smith Architecture + Design

I worked along side Nick on a large period property, stripping it back to bare brick throughout and rebuilding it to the highest specification. He was completely un-phased, competent, meticulous and professional though out. As well as being polite and handling both the client and the builder with greatest respect. His attention to detail was excellent. I would very much like to work with him again.

We just bought a Victorian house and Nick came for a consultation about the potential of it. He is very friendly, a pleasure to work with. He gave us great ideas not only about the possibilities and potential for improvement of the house, but also the garden. He had a brilliant vision for it. Nick also gave us a lot of fantastic advices about the interiors of the house.

I worked with Nick Leith-Smith Architecture after I was commissioned to create a work of art for a Mayfair mansion appartment. The space had recently being redeveloped by NL-S and I worked closely with them and the client to create something that would fit in this beautiful space. We employed Nick Leith Smith Architecture (NLSA) to act as our architect and contract coordinator for the complete refurbishment of our house in Brook Green, London W6. We did not use NLSA as our interior designer. Overall we were very happy with the service we received and the quality of work that was produced. The practice does offer excellent architectural and design advice to their clients. We found their ideas and creativity to be very exciting and they have certainly helped us improve the layout and design of our home. We would recommend Nick and his team to prospective clients, in particular Kate Foley, who was our contract coordinator, was excellent and her attention to detail helped ensure a very complicated project was completed successfully.

I engaged Nick Leith-Smith Architecture when developing my home and latterly my office. Whilst I have a keen eye for design and I know what I like when I see it I am acutely aware it takes a very specialist skill set to conceive a co-ordinated and exciting design from scratch. Nick and his team brought a wealth of experience and creativity to both projects and the results of their creativity is enjoyed daily me and those that visit both spaces. I particularly value the level of detail and care which was taken with conceiving the joinery and lighting. Both elements work so well and set the spaces apart from other schemes I have seen which are pedestrian in comparison - good architecture is worth investing in. We worked for Nick Leith-Smith Architecture on a prestigious office fit out project. The drawings and specification were excellent and the project was a complete success with a very happy end user. The work was carried out in an occupied office but as NLS project management team were closely involved all went very smoothly.

We appointed Nick Leith Smith as our architects to refurbish our flat at Grosvenor Square. We are based out of Hong Kong and therefore we contracted as a turnkey project. The entire project was completed to our satisfaction starting with the designs, furnishings, decorations etc. Nick spent time understanding our brief and converted it into designs which were aesthetically pleasing as well as practical. His bespoke furniture and design solutions were also very good. The color palette chosen by him added flavor to the schematics. His eye for detail and quality was evident at all stages of the project. He was always available to us for any questions and we had periodic meetings and call to track progress. We would recommend the firm to friends and family. We wish them all the best.
