Schneidermans Furniture Inc.

At the Lakeville location I purchased a $900 ottoman from Schneiderman's Furniture 20 days ago. It ended up having a manufacturers defect and started to bulge through the top. I contacted Schneiderman's and they are refusing to refund my purchase, despite a manufacturer warranty. I am extremely disappointed with Schneiderman's who sells high priced, poor quality furniture and than refuses to refund the customer when the furniture starts breaking within a few weeks. They are only offering a store credit, to buy more of their junk products. I obviously am not interested in purchasing more of Schneiderman's poor quality furniture, while also experiencing very poor customer service during the process. I will not be shopping at Schneiderman's Furniture. I hope you consider this, if you buy a piece of furniture and it falls apart 20 days later, Schneiderman's will refuse to refund the purchase. Absolutely ridiculous!

I am going to write a review about the furniture we purchased from the Rochester, MN store last summer. In general we have been dissatisfied mainly with the two couches we purchased. The cushions on one couch is out of shape and twists so that we have to unzip it and rearrange it and it's not perfect. The fabric on both couches began pilling immediately after we started using them. I had to purchase a pill shaver to get the pilling under control as it was very noticeable. Again it is not perfect. One of the couch frame supports broke in the front after having it four months. The store repaired it but it really left us with the impression it was lower quality furniture than we thought. Our interior designer helped us pick out furniture at the store but she really wanted us to go to Hom furniture. We preferred Schneiderman's store because we felt we liked the designs better. After we had the furniture, she shared that others have complained to her about the quality of Schneiderman's products. Had we known we would not have shopped at that store.

I've shopped at Schneiderman's for a couple years after renovating our home. I love the selection of great quality furniture at affordable prices. Everyone I've worked with has always been so friendly from working with the sales consultants to delivering our furniture. Can't say enough great things about Schneiderman's and will definitely be a returning customer!

The quality of furniture and customer service is excellent. Schneiderman's design team are true professionals who know how to create tasteful and memorable spaces. The showrooms are a great place to browse for inspiration.
