Woodhouse & Law is a full service interior design and garden design partnership. From our showroom and studio, in Bath, we work with our clients to create beautiful homes and gardens. We are unique in that we combine the skills and expertise of interior designers and garden designers, so we can do pretty much everything involved in the delivery of a project from concept to completion. Whether you are considering small home improvements or larger scale changes, we are here to help you with a range of services for the home and garden. From something as simple as making up cushions to our full design service and project coordination.

Woodhouse & Law designed my previous apartment together with the roof terrace, so I knew I was asking the right people this time. I moved to a terraced house just recently and was at a loss as to how to sort out a very overcrowded and small garden, with no room to move. Nick’s design cleverly interpreted my requests for more ”space”, a softer look and an ordered layout. The garden now looks larger, less confused and I am looking forward to relaxing in the seating area this summer and admiring the stunning new design and the planting. I then needed to update my sitting room which looks out onto the garden. John and Jody came along with lots of new ideas of how to modernise the box-like room, at the same time increasing the much needed storage space. With clever cabinetry, curtains, cushions and a coat of paint they transformed the room to a homely, comfortable and relaxing area. I am now happily established and would highly recommend Nick and John and their teams to anyone needing efficient professional help, with endless patience and friendliness thrown in. Thank you to all of you.

Woodhouse & Law have brought a breath of fresh air to our holiday home in Cornwall. The décor was tired and in need of a complete overhaul and John and Nick certainly delivered. We absolutely love their innovative ideas and the colours used. Numerous comments in the guest book reflect the fabulous transformation and I would definitely recommend using Woodhouse & Law for similar projects.

We only have superlatives for Nick and the team at Woodhouse and Law. They worked diligently to give us a stylish yet practical garden design at great speed. Necessary at the time to enable us to comply with Bath planning rules (no mean feat) in an AONB. The planners changed some of their original requirements for our garden and again the team managed to adapt the plan without compromising our overall requirements.. By following their design, with good guidance our garden, though small, is evolving into a beautiful outdoor space. Everyone we have been in contact with at W and L have done whatever they could and always with a smile and a friendly word. Along the way there have been plenty of cries for help (from us) which were met with patience and good grace. Working with Nick and his team on our garden design has been a pleasant and stress-free experience. If you desire style and a beautiful garden - then I’ve no doubt that Woodhouse and Law will deliver for you too. Photos to follow after some plant maturity this season.

I own a Grade II listed house in Bristol and it was in need of a total overhaul. I contacted several interior design companies and after my initial meeting with John, decided that Woodhouse and Law best understood my requirements. I found that John and his team were brilliant to work with in the design stage, they ensured my input was considered alongside their expertise to produce an exciting scheme. Throughout the construction phase the team from Woodhouse Law were constantly available with support and additional designs where required. Their network of specialist designers, manufacturers and contractors are first class and are some of the best I have worked with. The finished house is superb, everyone is amazed by the transformation and even several months later I find myself stopping in rooms to look at what has been achieved. I would without hesitation recommend Woodhouse Law to anyone.

You couldn’t work with a more charming and thoughtful group of people. Not only have they provided ideas for both our home and garden, their lovely shop in Bath has provided many gorgeous objects for our home. In fact, one of my highlights is to go past their shop window to see what’s new, it never disappoints.
