A little about our founder; Vince began his career in building homes as a teenager. Working as an apprentice under an upstate NY custom builder, he began to learn about the true craft of building a custom home from the ground up. He learned a philosophy at an early age that has stayed with him ever since… “Use the highest quality materials. Do it right. Do it better. Hire those who understand your philosophy of excellence, are committed to the standard of quality you demand and your home buyers expect”. As time went on, Vince found he had a unique talent in carpentry and continued to grow and learn all that he could, eventually becoming a Master Carpenter. As his knowledge for the industry grew so did his passion for building homes. He became a licensed General Contractor and he founded Longo Homes Inc./Vincent Longo Custom Builders in 2000. Building is his passion and he cannot imagine any other life’s work… “I am living out my dream as a custom builder. The lord has truly blessed me with this talent and I understand it is on loan from God."
