Ted Lare Design Build has been the premiere Landscape Design Build firm in the Des Moines metro area for over 30 years. Started by Ted in 1982, we are still a family owned and operated business with exceptional customer service. If you choose to work with us, you will work with one designer from design to completion, making sure none of the details get lost during construction. All of our designers have graduated with a Landscape Architecture degree from Iowa State University and provide their own unique design solutions. I had the pleasure of partnering with Ted Lare Design Build on an extensive backyard project in the late summer of 2015 - specifically working with Keegan Lare. His expertise, recommendations, and communication far surpassed any organization or individual I had previously encountered in this arena. It can be a little daunting purchasing products and services that you do not have in-depth knowledge of, so there is a fair amount of trust that is required to ensure the project matches the ideas you may have; Keegan and the crew not only surpassed my expectations, but they also found a way to make the entire process fun. We are beyond pleased with the results and we enjoy the backyard exponentially more upon completion of the project. I would absolutely recommend Ted Lare Design Build in any capacity you may be considering hiring a professional for your property or landscaping needs!

We have had Ted Lare Design Build for over 12 years. Jean Lare has been our main contact and designer. Without Jean's expertise and hands on in every project we would not have the WOW factor within our landscaping. When we were looking again for the WOW factor in our front walkway with stone- Jean was patient and made sure we had the perfect look. We have Ted Lare do our monthly yard maintenance - what a relief when we home to see everything as had "touch points" Ted Lare Design Build is the perfect landscaping design company to use if you are looking for perfection.

Ha commentato: Can you tell me what type of stone was used on the walkway? Very nice look. Thank you.That is Bay de Noc stone. No longer available as the quarry ran out of this. It was great stuff and we miss it!

Ha commentato: StoneIt is a mix of stone. The creamy buff path stone and stairs is 'Bay de Noc', which is a layer of stone no longer available from the quarry. The path stone with more brown colors is most likely 'ark...
