Coppercreek Landscaping

We could not be happier with the design, craftsmanship, and delivery on our major landscaping project. We were hesitant at first with the price quoted, but it was accurate and we’d pay that amount again, no question. What’s more, Copper Creek was incredibly responsive to any questions that came up after the project was complete, a true indication that they stand by their work. We’ll be hiring Matt, Tim, and their teams again.

My wife and I were very excited to work with Copper Creek Landscaping. They did a complete rebuild on our front yard including rock walls, paver patio, heated/lighted walkway, pergola, arbor, gas firepit, etc. They were highly referred so we gave them full reign to make design recommendations for aesthetics, visual appeal and functionality. Matt was awesome to work with in the design process and the foremen and managers did a great job keeping us in the loop with the progress of the construction. They were very responsive when my questions got very specific, and they continued to provide good feedback throughout the entire job. Things came along so nicely, we continued to add to the project as we saw it come together. We can’t wait to do more!

Copper Creek exceeded all my expectations in creating a beautiful waterfall on my backyard hillside. Their crew is not only hardworking, respectful, and professional, but their creativity and landscaping artistic ability was amazing to watch. They explained the process during each stage and welcomed my input. I give Copper Creek my highest regard and would recommend them for any landscaping project. I couldn’t be more pleased!

We worked with Coppercreek on a relatively small scale backyard patio project with particular features including basalt columns and granite slab tables. Matt and Coppercreek were wonderful, starting from Matt's artistic work with us to help develop our rough ideas into a range of possible layouts, all the way through to their management of the construction and general contractor work. They brought some simple approaches to nightscaping and to merging the design with the rest of the yard, and did a really great job in selecting ornamentals and other perennials. They kept us appraised throughout the process, worked within our budget, and addressed two surprizes with nimbleness and attentiveness. At one point the concrete contractor decided their truck had to go to another job on short notice so Matt quickly got a gang of remarkably polite heavy fellows to work the wheelbarrows back and forth over 30 yards in order to get the pour done on schedule, and at another point the backhoe guy put a dent in our roof gutter the fix of which Coppercreek handled quickly, entirely and completely to our satisfaction, going beyond the necessary repairs. The result is flat out amazing. This work was actually done a couple years ago and we meant to age this review (but not this long!): the lighting, ornamental shrubs, underground irrigation, and the whole system is healthy and fine, we really don't have to spend any effort in maintenance or upkeep. It remains a creation of unique beauty.

We contacted Matt to finish our backyard beds/side yard. We always had an idea of what we wanted (clean, modern lines with low maintenance plant materials). However, until Matt arrived for our consult, we had no idea how easy he would make it. As soon as we met with Matt, we knew we wouldn't look anywhere else. His expertise and vision on enhancing our backyard made us feel like we could trust him. He really listened to both my husband and I on what types on plant materials we liked/disliked to determine what plant materials to use; while also making suggestions/decisions based on his experience knowing the look we were after. We elected last minute to work a future hot tub plan into this job - Matt's recommendation of our counter-sunk hot tub to create more privacy and a modern look is our favorite part, completing our space. We ended up also having Coppercreek update our front yard look by modernizing the lines of our edging and adding plant materials for more curb appeal. Everyone at Coppercreek from Matt to the employees working hard daily at our home were extremely professional, efficient, and upbeat. Matt and his team designed and created the beautiful yard and retreat we dreamed of to compliment the modern design of our new home. He worked hard to incorporate all the many features we requested including a swimming pool, large covered patio, dog run, and raised garden and hot tub areas. Matt's eye for design is excellent and he was so pleasant and easy to work with as was his team. I'd work with him again in a heartbeat! Most of all the landscaping was done on time and within budget and ready for us when we moved in to enjoy a the summer!

Matt and his team did a fabulous job guiding my waterfront deck addition through not only a complex structural design and execution, but also, through the onerous Shoreline Management permitting process. The result is a 600SF glassed in composite and steel deck cantilevered off of my main living area over 40 ft in the air, with unsurpassed views on Newman Lake. Thanks Coppercreek, for being such a great team to work with and delivering my dream deck.

We had an unusual project - re-doing and enlarging an existing pond. Problem was a HUGE piece of granite in the pond that couldn't be moved. Quite a number of landscapers had checked out our project, but no one but Matt would touch it. 1st day of the project it was raining and chilly, Tim and Mike worked hard all day. The hard work never stopped and it was a cool and rainy August & September. Mike was always open to questions, with a smile, and said he was happy we had questions during and not waiting until something was done that we didn't like. Mike was able to use all the granite pieces jackhammered from the giant piece of granite and you would never know they were once part of our old water feature. At the end, Tim had a great suggestion for one of these pieces that actually added an additional water feature! Mike & Jessie worked hard every day and were a pleasure to have on our property! We are looking forward to spending lots of time sitting around the pond watching our koi swim under the "bridge" Mike arranged in the middle of the pond.

My son recommended Coppercreek Landscaping because he was so pleased with the project they completed for him. I am overwhelmed with the beauty of my yard. Matt did a wonderful job of designing exactly what I wanted. The staff were professional, courteous and completed the job in a timely manner.

Matt helped create a design for our non-profit's childhood cancer homes for families (Anna's Homes). He worked hard to make sure our project stayed in budget, while still providing a beautiful and safe landscape for immune-compromised children to play. We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently the team worked to finish the project. We are grateful for Coppercreek's help, and great communication.

We couldn't be happier with our landscaping! From the start Matt had a great vision that turned our steep hillside into a backyard oasis. He left the daily work in the highly capable hands of Kevin and Jordan. They arrived each day ready to work with happy attitudes. They would check with us daily making sure we were happy with the progress and giving suggestions that wowed us! Tim, the foreman would come by and pitch in when needed, even if dressed for a meeting. Matt and his team work really well together and it shows in the end result.

I recently had Coppercreek do a large project for me which included a large covered deck, fire pit with benches, screen room, stone steps and retaining wall. From the design process to the finished product, I had nothing short of an exceptional experience. The initial design work was creative, beautiful and beyond my expectations. Matt was very receptive to the changes I wanted to make, and it really felt like a collaborative process. Throughout the building process, there was excellent communication. My phone calls and texts were answered on the same day, often within the hour! The subcontractors were all top-notch, and the quality of the finished product is fantastic. While I spent more than I had anticipated, that was due to decisions I made along the way. All pricing and billing processes were transparent and very detailed, so I knew exactly where my money was being spent. I can wholeheartedly recommend Matt and the rest of the crew at Coppercreek!!!
