Our portfolio of projects illustrates a diverse base in residential design. Our goal is to make the design and build process exciting, enjoyable & collaborative. We like to develop long-term relationships and repeat clientele for our mutual success. We hired SAI Consulting to completely remodel the façade of our bungalow. It was a comprehensive job that required the complete replacement of all exterior finishes; and windows. The job also included the addition of three new spaces (Timber frame Porch Addition; Timber Frame three season room and Garage with loft). Their craftsmanship was excellent and their service and responsiveness exceeded our expectations. Most importantly, SAI Consulting was extremely fair, reasonable and creative in their approach. I would happily use SAI Consulting again and would strongly recommend SAI Consulting to friends and family.

We contracted SAI consulting/Scott Irwin after a thorough and lengthy search for a suitable architect/consultant for our potential custom built home. Scott was by far the most responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and experienced individual we met. A professional person, he was timely in deliverables, and provided invaluable and much appreciated guidance to my wife and I who have no prior experience with building a custom home. Scott is acutely aware of the steps that are required in designing a home from start to finish, and was able to take our desired features and put them on paper. He has surrounded himself with equally knowledgeable industry experts when it comes to obtaining the relevant approvals for the build. We would not hesitate to recommend Scott to anyone who requires these services: you don’t need a costly architect if you know what you are looking for. We are very pleased with Scott and his work.

Very pleased with the quality of work by the SAI team. The project was completed on budget but took more time then anticipated (extra 3 weeks). Scott, Herman and the carpentry team are seasoned professionals, provide solid advice from design to completion. It is not always easy to find a team with both technical ability and design strength. I appreciated their creative input, advice and the added touches throughout the project and look forward to working with SAI again.

SAI was amazing to work with on our home project. From the initial meetings to finalizing the plan through to the construction crew that arrived, the project ran very smoothly. Our project involved converting a screen-room into a four season room. We wanted to match the room as much as possible to our existing home in terms of style and finish and the final product looks amazing. The onsite crew was professional and great to deal with. The difference with SAI is that they actually care ! That goes a long way.
