Eric took on the challenging task of a full renovation/extension build in Floreat. An original Art Deco house was completely transformed into a modern family house. His meticulous workmanship and attention to detail resulted in a beautiful house our family absolutely loves and will enjoy for years to come. We cannot fault the quality of the structure / finishes and honest approach with budget and advice to changes made. All minor maintenance issues we had were also adressed in a timely matter. I have Used other builders in the past with terrible experiences but Eric is the most trustworthy builder that takes pride in his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to build or renovate.

Yael K & Associates

We started this project with Eric, from Erban Development, at an early stage. The approach was as a design and construct, with us being the designers & specifiers for this project, Yael K & Associates, and Erban Development being the builder. We found this approach to work extremely beneficial and efficient for all parties, especially the client. Eric, along with many other things, bought to the table enthusiasm, and a professional aptitude with the usage of new construction methods that helped us achieve a very high performing eco-friendly retirement pad for our clients, on time and on budget. We look forward to working with Eric again in the future.

When it came to finding a builder I could not of been happier to come across Eric at Erban Development for our house build. From the start Eric was up front and honest on the process, costs and timeframe to deliver. From the design process with Dave, the Interior Design by La Vie Interiors through to the build, Eric was across all this and helping guide us the entire way. Erban Development made the process easy for us and I cannot imagine not using them again for our next build. What Erban Development delivered for us was beyond what we imagined. They did a terrific job and the ongoing support and follow up has been exceptional. I would happily recommend Erban Development to family and friends, and look forward to using them again for our next build.
