I just wanted to say thank you so much for our wonderful office/games space that you have created. From the design process to the finish it has been amazing. Martin you just got our vision on your first attempt! And helped guide us to ensure we optimised the space we had. Thankyou Neil for keeping it all on schedule and regularly checking in. Connie is always a delight to speak to and Sarah kept me in the loop of when to expect someone and ensured there was no clash with the school run. Geoff, Scott, Mal, Jack, Kev, Lee and Gary were a joy to have and were ever so considerate knowing I was working from home - please do thank them all from us We look forward to you seeing the final finishes, and we can’t wait to start using the room!

The team at NKBC are outstanding. From first entering the showroom to completion of the job we had the personal touch. The designer, Martin, came up with an inspiring design and then talked us through finish options - the results are amazing. The site team were fantastic. It's never easy having tradesmen in the house for five weeks but everyone was great and almost became part of the family. Kevin the installer was brilliant and an absolute pleasure to deal with. That only leaves Connie and Richard who behind the scenes were always there for us. An outstanding job by a superb team.

A sincere note of thanks to NKBCo for providing us with a superb Karndean floor for our new home. We were very conscious of the impact the flooring we chose would have, particularly if we made the wrong selection. From a cost point of view, we were also aware that we had to make the right choice as it would be a costly exercise to change or fix. We were focussed on finding the right company and a fair price so are absolutely delighted that we found NKBCo. We felt supported from the very first, receiving excellent guidance and advice from Connie in the salesroom who helped with our choice of flooring, then again from Richard the Director who offered further reassurance and guidance during his visit to our house, and finally a very special thank you to Dave the fitter for an absolutely first class professional job from start to finish. We are delighted with the end result and would recommend NKBCo to anyone considering buying Karndene flooring.

We have had an excellent experience as customers of Newcastle Kitchens and Bedrooms. Darren provided fantastic customer service throughout - he took our original kitchen ideas and worked with us to ensure the final design was exactly what we wanted. His all round knowledge is really impressive and he has gone out of his way to ensure we are happy. The quality of the kitchen cupboards and standard of fitting is faultless as is the fitting of the karndean floor. We are delighted with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend NK&B

We employed the Newcastle Kitchen and bedroom company to remodel a utility room and a dressing room with both jobs running simultaneously. The work was carried out in a very professional manner to a very high standard and we are delighted with the end result in both rooms. I would highly recommend this company.

I discovered Newcastle Kitchen and Bedrooms during lockdown via Social Media. I followed them and loved all of their designs, and once we could visit the show room we booked an appointment. Martin designed our kitchen and his design was perfect for us - we didn't want to change a thing and couldn't wait for it to start! We had some building work to do initially but once the space was ready everything went very smoothly. All the staff and contractors working for them were great - very professional and any little hitches along the way were dealt with quickly and the standard of work was excellent. We are so pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend them.

I didn't know what my dream kitchen looked like till Martin designed it for me. Now I live in it every day and I love it. Great central hub for the kids and also for entertaining guests and kitchen disco's. Great quality carpentry and amazing customer service every step of the way. Can't thank everyone enough.

I had Karndean fitted off this company last week, and I cannot praise them enough, from start to finish it was so professional, whoever I came across the advise was excellent with the fit been fantastic
