x8 (“Times Eight”) Property and Design is a real estate investment, property management and interior design firm based in Joshua Tree, California run by former HGTV personality Karen McAloon and her producer Mikel Hubbard. Our goal is to create your perfect space to live, work or rent out that’s built around your taste. We want our clients to feel like every project reflects them, not us.
Our focus is on creating bespoke desert homes for creative clientele in the high desert, but we also cater to clients in San Francisco and Los Angeles, which is where we reside when we're not bombing around the Mojave. From furniture arrangement consultations to whole house remodels to starting from the ground up, there isn’t anything we can’t handle.
