We used Jason to renovate an entrance way and bath into a new larger master bathroom. He was great to work with on the project. He suggested some design changes that saved us money and improved the space. He patiently worked with us on some material changes we made part way thr6the work. His crew was wonderful. They always arrived on time and were friendly and respectful. The worksite was kept near and clean. They even got along with our pets and made sure they didn't get out.

Jason and his team did the construction for our restaurant - Jabbys Pizza. They were professional, did great work and very responsive to any needs and changes we had during the construction. I highly recommend their company.

Jason Spencer of Spencer's Contracting is the consumate professional. He works differently from other Contractors in that he charges a small fee up front for quoting on a project. But I'm convinced that this process serves to keep costs in line and assures the customer of no hidden surprises during the project. Jason spent about two hours combing through the details of our remodel: inspecting the plumbing under the house, etc. Jason managed to finish our bathroom remodel on time and on budget, despite the fact that the room had to be touched by all the trades-- plumber, tiler, electrician, carpenter, He is true to his word and the quality of work is excellent. I highly recommend Spencer's Contracting for your remodeling project. He will be returning next year to do our kitchen remodel. He's that good,

We highly recommend this contractor. He was the most business-minded contractor that we have used. The quality of work of his team is excellent. He listened to our wishes and incorporated them when possible. If he had a better idea he merely suggested it and gave us the facts. Ultimately, it was our decision. His budget was very realistic. We went a little over budget by adding some high-end items, but that was our decision. The only problem we had was that the project was scheduled to take six weeks and wound up taking seven.

Jason Spencer and his crew of professionals we're a pleasure to work with. They took obvious pride in their work and were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Our master bathroom remodel was finished on time and within our budget. The whole process was a lot less stressful and less disruptive than expected. I would definitely use them again for any future projects.

I love my master bathroom!! I am so happy with the final project! Everything came together beautifully. There were very few problems that arose, which Jason took care of in a very professional manner. The crew guys were very professional, and communicated very well to let Jason, the contractor, know our questions or concerns. Jason Spencer is a very calm person, and easy to work with, and will always try to find a way to make things work. He has great ideas. His assistant, Brian Barron, is a great asset for the company as well. He was readilly available to fix a plumbing issue. Extremely polite, and is vey good at following up. What I really appreciated was the use of a spreadsheet to actually see where we are financially. I would definitely hire them again!

We have worked with Jason Spence, Spencer Contracting on several jobs, the last being a kitchen renovation and living room expansion. Jason and his team were a pleasure to work with from the beginning of the design phase to the finish of the project. The level of skill and professionalism is top notch.

Spencer Contracting was a great company to work with from beginning to end. They devoted time to truly understand the scope of what we wanted to do, helped us in selecting the best materials and communicated very frequently so we always knew exactly what was happening. The guys were not only skilled carpenters but also truly nice people who never rushed through their work, were always accommodating to our tweaks during the course of the project and were very respectful while in our home. Would definitely recommend them and without question use them for future projects.

Spencer's Contracting performed the following work for us: complete kitchen remodel in our 19 year old home; moved an exterior wall 8 feet to take in our existing back porch and raised the ceiling in this area to match the existing interior vaulted ceiling; removed interior walls to create a more open floor plan; replaced existing 1,000 square feet of wood floors; re-stained stairs to match new flooring; added cabinetry in two areas; updated existing half bath. This was an extensive renovation that took approximately 14 weeks. We had 6 people - 2 adults, 2 college kids and 2 school age kids - living in the house during the entire renovation. How did it go? Better that anyone could have imagined. Everyone at Spencer's Contracting was beyond professional; we were comfortable with them in our home. Their work ethic was amazing - I don't know if I ever saw anyone just standing around. The attention to the details - and there were hundreds of them - was incredible. Everything Spencer's Contracting did was done right the first time. After 14 weeks, the punch list was very minor. With such an extensive remodel, we had several sub-contractors come thru as well. The most important thing I experienced was that I was backed up, without hesitation, with any issue I had with any sub-contractor. If I wasn't pleased, the sub contractor was called back to fix it right away. Throughout the entire project, the communication between Spencer's Contracting and us was wonderful. At the beginning of the project, I was given a detailed outline of what would be happening each week and each day. This was so helpful; with so many of us in the house, I needed to be able to plan what room would be available for us to use. They were very considerate and worked around us by keeping as much of the kitchen functioning for as long as possible. About half way through the project, I was given an updated schedule of the work. This was needed because of all the changes that come with a remodel. Again, it was a very thorough listing of what would be happening when. It was so nice to be kept in the loop constantly! The men who work with Spencer's Contracting were very diligent, punctual and extraordinarily polite! Each of them went out of his way to make sure I approved the decisions that were made for every aspect of this large job. From the mill work decisions, to the faucet locations, to the back brick step, they checked with me before starting and offered professional advice and opinions when asked. A few times I asked them to change something they had just completed; if I frustrated them, they never let it show. They just said, "Yes, ma'am," and changed it. Would I hire them again? In a heart beat! We have hopes of remodeling our master bath and adding an outdoor kitchen at some point in the near future. We will be calling Spencer's Contracting when we do.

We were searching online on Houzz.com for some ideas to renovate our 1970s bathroom when we came across Spencer Contracting for the first time. They had excellent reviews and so we decided to check them on Angie’s list. They had excellent ratings over there too. Just as the reviews had said Jason came to the house and listened to what our budget was and we wanted done. He came back with a detailed contract and went over it with us thoroughly. He also introduced us to an interior decorator that helped us choose the colors. Once the contract was finalized the work started on the decided date and was completed within the specified time period. The team came on time every day, did their work diligently and left the place clean and neat. Everyone was polite and respectful and eager to see that you were satisfied with the final product. When a problem came up Jason took responsibility for it and promptly got it resolved. We are very happy and pleased with the way the bathroom turned out and consider ourselves lucky that we came across a contracting company that is very trustworthy and sincere and cares about your satisfaction in today’s environment. We highly recommend them and are planning on using them on other projects in our house.

We hired Spencer Contracting to completely remodel our master bathroom. We have hired contractors over the years for various projects and working with Jason Spencer was by far the most pleasant experience of all. One of the things that stood at the most from the beginning was the transparency in his pricing model with detailed cost breakdown of every single aspect of the job. We knew exactly what it was going to cost and there were no surprises. The only deviations in price from the original cost estimate were for additional items that we asked for as the job progressed. Jason and his team were also very helpful in the all of the design aspects including the selection of fixtures, tile and paint which really helped in creating a high quality and beautiful finished product. Jason's team also kept the work area very clean considering it was a total renovation and really treated our home with respect throughout the project. Jason's brother Brek was the lead contractor on our project and he was really easy to work with and always took time to answer questions and explain things in detail with a great deal of patience... We have other projects in our future and Spencer Contracting has the job before they even submit a bid...
