Our stylist Jenelle, did a first class job at identifying our styling needs, interpreting them, and then providing the suitable furnishings to maximise presentation of our house for sale. She was very responsive and got back to us quickly to answer questions or provide information; often outside of normal business hours. We definitely feel that the styling was worthwhile in the overall sale process of our house. One negative was that the Cordony furniture needed to be returned during the Covid lockdown and I think that Cordony could have been more proactive to ensure they used removalists who had a Covid safe operational plan, including testing and if possible vaccination. Jenelle worked very hard to find a solution but we felt that as clients we had to push to find a Covid safe solution and although requested, the owner of the business was not available for contact.

Over the last 18 months I have worked with Leah, senior designer with Cordony Designs, on 2 projects: styling of a 60 year old home for selling and renovation of a 45 year old unit. Leah is a gem. She knows where to go and what to show you. She gently nudges you towards better design but is mindful of your tastes and budget. She has a bevy of good tradesmen at the ready. And she is patient, punctual and polite. A complete design professional.

We were thoroughly impressed with everything Cordony did for us. We needed to list our property PRONTO and we could not have done this without Kahlia, Leah, Annie and the rest of the Cordony team. We were blown away with their professionalism and execution right from Kahlia's initial inspection, to the army of trades that arrived to quote, the managing and amending the quotes as well as the co-ordinating of the works including house washing, painting, landscaping and other works. The removal of our daggy furniture and the importation of the Cordony gear and set up occurred with military precision. We were literally able to simply press the button and stand back and watch. THE RESULT - we sold our house in 3 weeks for the price we were asking in a recovering market. We really think other vendors did not get the traffic or interest that we achieved to get this result. We would not sell a house without them.

After living in a house for over 70 years our Mother & Father raised 4 boys and had done their best to look after the house and us . Finished the job very quickly, helped me list my property at the fastest time. The job is done in a very professional way and help to attract buyers.

We had the misfortune of engaging with Cordony Designs for sale of our unit. The owner was unprofessional right from start turning up 4 hours later for a meeting and blaming it on a calendar still on overseas excuse. We had a waterfront unit looking at the harbour bridge and the styling was more appropriate for housing commission. Half of the furniture looked it it was from council collection. We did not negotiate on price as we wanted the top stylist and best for the unit. Most of the furniture provided was chipped, dirty, sheets un-ironed, mismatched furniture with no thought into presentation. When we raised it with the owner we heard the most unprofessional response ever! Our agent intervened and we received full refund as we returned the furniture in less then 6 hours. What was sad about the whole experience was the owners attitude and it was apparent that the business was over booked and we were receiving random furniture as that is what was available. Website forces you to give 1 star based on my experience it should be negative 5

We had initial concerns about putting our investment unit on the market whilst tenants were still living there. But these concerns were soon quashed after Kahlia had a look at the unit with her expert eye and very quickly came up with a detailed plan on how we were going to have the unit looking perfect. She organised for trades to come in and fix any maintenance issues and styled the unit beautifully, all at a reasonable cost. She worked closely with the tenant to make sure they were happy with all the arrangements. Kahlia also offered a service where her team came in 30mins prior to all open houses to do any necessary tidy and finishing touches.
