They skillfully combined their suggestions with our own vision, even bringing in ideas we hadn't considered initially, which we now really appreciate. As we downsized from our large family home of almost 30 years to a smaller brand new apartment, we really didn’t know where to start. It was quite overwhelming for us so we are so grateful for the guidance, advice and design direction provided by Luisa and Victoria. They asked all the right questions to understand our likes and dislikes and helped us navigate the decisions to be made. We were pleasantly surprised with some of the key furniture items they suggested and how they really suit the space. For example the glass dining table doesn’t cramp the small dining area and the round dining table on the balcony suits the curves of the building and still comfortably fits up to six. Their service exceeded our expectations and even though the apartment looks really slick and we receive so many compliments from our family and friends, it really feels like home. The team from Novari were so professional and amazing throughout the whole project. My project started in early 2021 (it was Covid interrupted) however the process was seamless and went according to plan and timeline. The advice and ideas from the team was so helpful in clarifying colour schemes, lighting and furnishings. They also provided some variations that were creative and exciting. The communication was great, given we had to have some as zoom meetings. The whole process was made very easy, they were always so supportive and pleasant, if there was a change to be made it was always accommodated. My apartment is wonderful and exactly as I envisioned it to be- a beautiful, light filled contemporary space. I would recommend Novari very highly and I would definitely use their services again.

When I relocated to Sydney I engaged Advantage Interior Design to furnish and style my new apartment. While I had some idea of what I wanted, I don’t have the time or practical knowledge to do it myself. What appealed to me about their service is they take care of it all – from the design and selection of furniture and accessories, right down to managing orders, delivery, installation and styling. I engaged Advantage Interior Design to help style my new build. Being a first time mum with a newborn left me challenged to style our home, as I wasn’t able to dedicate the time required. I knew elements of what I liked but I felt overwhelmed to put it together. Brianna did a fantastic job of bringing our wishes to life, and really understood our sense of style. The process was clear from start to finish and Advantage’s own installation team did a great job on the day. The end result is even better than we imagined and we love the finishing touches, specified by Brianna, which makes our home feel warm and inviting. The artwork really sets the tone and compliments our furniture and personalities. Brianna was detailed and mindful of our budget and her gentle approach made her a pleasure to deal with. We are excited to now work with her on the outdoor area of our home and we look forward to working with her on our future plans.

I recently purchased a new home, up-sizing to my dream home, and needed all new furniture, window coverings, art and accessories. Ashleigh and the team at Advantage Interior Design provided fantastic interior design services, guiding me through the whole process, making it stress free and so much fun! I also ended up saving money as everything fits perfectly and I received better rates and access to designer pieces not sold retail. They also came up with ideas I never would have thought of, and were able to find great pieces that were kid-friendly and easy wear. I love coming home to my house every day.

We engaged Advantage Interior Design to develop design concepts and specify colours, finishes and fittings for our new home build. Everything from the flooring, to feature walls, kitchen, bathrooms, custom cabinetry, staircase, lighting and window coverings. This was followed by the complete furnishing and styling of the home from scratch including custom made furniture, upholstery and artwork. The final result was amazing and exceeded expectations. Everybody, including visitors, has provided excellent feedback. The process saved me every weekend for 6 months picking tiles, taps, furniture and decorations. It was the most value for money exercise of the whole project.

I called Advantage Interior Design after living in our new build for a year when there was still nothing on the walls and it didn’t feel like ‘home’. We had used Advantage Property Styling to style our previous house when selling - which looked incredible - so I knew they would do a great job. The result was amazing! We love our new home!

Luisa and her team did a great job decorating our home. I was struggling with buying individual pieces and trying to put them together and so it was wonderful to have the help of someone who was experienced and could suggest furniture and decorating items I would never have considered otherwise. Our empty waterfront apartment had the wow factor, but once Advantage added their styling it brought the whole place up to the next level. Peter the senior stylist arrived & gave suggestions of what he could supply & where to put the items. After we accepted the quote & made a date, everything was delivered & put into place by Dee their stylist using Peter's plan. Dee worked tirelessly to complete the look. Peter later arrived to check everything was OK & returned the next day with extra items. Once the property was sold, their trucks & staff arrived & everything was removed. This was achieved quickly & hassle-free. We had 6 registered bidders on auction day in a slow market. We sold at a great price. We had comments from our real estate agent regularly about the presentation of our apartment by the public. So easy & no stress, we recommend Advantage & will certainly use them again.

Advantage Property Styling recently assisted me with partial styling of my apartment prior to selling the property. They converted my second bedroom from the study setup I had to a warm and inviting bedroom.
