We are a full service design studio with a focus on custom residential homes. Taggart Design Group offers architectural design, construction services and interior design consultation to clients in search of thoughtful, custom tailored spaces. A home is the single most important material thing in our lives and we strive to make the ones we create exceptionally great. Homes that expand the way we live while also excelling in both beauty and craft. We believe that process starts with a dedication to understanding our clients project needs and then working tirelessly until those dreams are met. Our longstanding relationships with a skilled set of consultants (landscape architects, civil and structural engineers, framers, trim carpenters, cabinet makers, etc) set our practice apart.

We hired the Taggart design group to design and build a unique home on a very odd shaped piece of land. I wanted an inviting home that is more like a piece of art. And that is exactly what they did. Their vision, attention to detail, and quality are truly unmatchable. I couldn’t be more please and would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Taggart was hired by my husband and myself to do a kitchen renovation, porch expansion and poolhouse addition to our 1905 plantation style home. We were most impressed by the attention to detail and the execution of those details at every step in the building process. It was a pleasure to have someone with such a high level of understanding and respect of an architectural style guide us through some difficult decisions. Mr. Taggart is professional, prompt, efficient and a pleasure to work with. We will rely on him and his firm for any future projects.

Taggart Architecture is the absolute best! Burt Taggart is extremely creative and very thorough with attention to every detail. He transformed my house into a beautiful home where he preserved the integrity and tradition of a craftsman style home, while at the same time adding a freshness through modern touches. He created a perfect blend of old and new with a seamless flow throughout the entire house.
