We contracted Manhattan Builders to do some remodel work on our home that we bought using Urban Properties. We had purchased the home using a Purchase and Renovation Loan that allowed us to finance our remodel into our home mortgage using Starkey Mortgage. Jon and his team worked with our mortgage lender for the renovation. They were courteous and professional and listened to what we wanted throughout the process and we are very happy and satisfied. We have a kitchen that needs to be remodeled as well and we look forward to have Manhattan Builders work with us again.

Last year, Manhattan Home Builders, built a a custome home for us. This home was very detailed and lots of difficult sections. Also we made several significant changes during the contrustion. To say the least we could be difficult. However, Jon was able to accomadate and managed to get our home within budget. Could not say enough about the professionalism of Jon and crew.

Ha commentato: Beautiful tile in shower. What is it?The shower is finished with ceramic tile. (Customer selected color and don't have a record for this one). The bottom of the soap dish niche is quartz. Hope this helps!
