We recently had a Ben Heath Interior's Kitchen fitted and we couldn't be happier. From the initial first meeting to the end result I would say the process has been seamless. The design consultation was extremely useful with lots of ideas going back and forth, colours discussed, samples of worktops looked at in detail, handles, knobs, sinks, etc. Not only is the quality of the kitchen second to none, so is the quality of everything else such as applicances, taps, sinks, etc. The fitters were excellent and were a pleasure to have in our home - they worked tirelessly and even when I had a change of mind over the size of one cupboard, they discussed options and went back to the workshop and re-made it (you wouldn't get that with one of the larger kitchen manufacturers). Every email/text messaged was answered quickly and I really couldn't recommend Ben, Gaby and the team more. We are delighted.

I had a problem with an old fridge freezer in a fitted kitchen with an unusual door arrangement . I had difficulty finding someone who would look at the problem. Finally I found Ben Heath. On discussion with Maxine it was obvious that she understood the problem, and arranged for someone to look at my kitchen. They were able to suggest a couple of solutions, and once I made the decision Ben Heath were able to source the fridge/freezer and fitted it cleanly and quickly - problem solved.

We are extremely happy with our new kitchen. It has transformed the most important room to us in our home. Thanks to Ben & Gaby and their fabulous team, our kitchen-dining area has been completely transformed, and looks amazing! By guiding us through the planning process, Ben helped to minimize stress and enabled us to visualize layouts using life-like computer generated images. Instillation was also seamless thanks to their expert fitters, and aftercare has been outstanding. We highly recommend Ben Heath, and are now enjoying their help to design our living room.

Ben recently fitted a new bespoke kitchen for us. It was a fantastic design which worked well around an awkward space. The quality is first class and I'm delighted with the finished kitchen. Even when we had a challenge, the team dropped everything to resolve it and the end result is stunning.

Ben and his team provided a top quality service from first meeting through to finishing touches. We were incredibly impressed with Ben’s skill and professionalism. He suggested we moved the kitchen from the existing location (what we were suggesting to replace), to a room originally designed as a conservatory and it’s the best decision we made. The design is well coordinated and laid out, it’s given us everything we wanted - lots of worktops and specific zones for cooking, socialising and relaxing. Ben and his team guided us through everything from floor tiles, grout, sealer to location and design of inbuilt chopping boards, trays and towel hangers. The expertise and attention to detail speaks for itself and we absolutely love the room. We would highly recommend Ben Heath.

We are thrilled with our new bespoke Ben Heath kitchen. The quality of the product and the workmanship is superb, with fantastic attention to detail in the design and manufacture. Evenings now are spent happily ensconced on our extremely comfy sofa watching the TV on its bespoke stand which accommodates our beloved Ruark radiogram after enjoying a delightful supper prepared in our fantastic kitchen with extremely tidy worksurfaces as there is so much storage space!

In the early stages of planning the kitchen, Ben was incredibly helpful in making what could have been painstaking decisions so easy and fun. We chose Ben Heath to design and install our dream kitchen in 2019. I am sure we were not the easiest of customers, mainly driven by our passion to realise our dream kitchen. Having met dozens of companies who all claimed to understand our wants and needs Ben stood out from the crowd. Ben’s design was completely different to what we had envisaged or had been shown by others. We loved that Ben unapologetically challenged our vision on how the kitchen should be laid out. Like everyone buying a kitchen, we all think we can design a kitchen, right! Ben simply ‘gets it’ and we are so glad that we took his lead and listened to his recommendations. In hindsight I dread to think how it would have turned out if we had gone with other companies that we met before meeting Ben. Ben gave us choice throughout the entire process, not force feeding us a bias on appliances / brands etc. The quality of the installation was fantastic. The Ben Heath team treated the installation as if it were their own kitchen. Only accepting perfection which was a delight as the customer. They didn’t rush anything, opting for precision and care. On occasions the team wouldn’t accept a finish and replaced the material without even consulting us. The end result is breath taking. Our kitchen was a huge deal for us. Other than our home, it’s the largest single purchase of our lives. We are so pleased with the outcome. The design is spot on, the quality of materials are top drawer, the appliances just right – where we pushed our budget I am thrilled. The team remain in contact and have popped back without a quibble to attend to the odd cupboard door squeaking here and there. We are so pleased with the work we have subsequently commissioned new built in wardrobes which are equally impressive. Since the project completed every single guest that we have hosted has been blown away by our new kitchen and so complimentary of Ben’s work. Given how important and expensive kitchens can be I strongly advocate that people listen to recommendations when making decisions on who to entrust, and without question I am recommending Ben Heath to friends, family and work colleagues – they wont be disappointed.
