Finmark Carpet One Floor & Home

I purchased a random stone patterned vinyl 13 years ago from Finmark. Recently, our water heater leaked and ruined the cabinet and flooring underneath and into the some of the surrounding area of the laundry room it was in. Simon helped me in the store, came out and measured the area that had to be repaired. Today, Eddie and Pablo came out to install the vinyl and even though it is 13 years later, you cannot tell the dye lot is different because Eddie and Pablo knew exactly what and how to make it look as if it was the original. Unless you are a trained professional, you will not notice the repair. I can not say thank you enough to Simon, Eddie and Pablo. They were very professional, kept within the CDC guidelines of distancing and wearing masks and used their expertise to make our home look like it did before the leak. I will be working with Simon in the near future to replace carpet and I know that I can count on him and the Finmark staff to have that job go as good as this one.

Jon was amazing and so was his team. SUPER professional and a joy to work with. Great quality. Great prices. Easy to deal with and very reliable. Truly helpful with various options I could afford. I was on a budget for this very big house that needed new flooring.

My experience with Finmark Carpet has been great. The carpet is beautiful. Jon was very helpful in considering our budget and the quality of carpet we wanted. The installation was professional and the guys cleaned up after they finished.

Had problems receiving an e-mail, but Jon persisted until It did go through. He was even willing to bring the estimate to my home if I was unable to receive the e-mail. We have used Finmark before and it is a very good company to deal with.

Love the product quality and service of this company. They are professional and true to their words. I would recommend them if you need new floors.

My experience started out amazing (on the phone), I needed flooring ASAP. The owner John was going to come out himself within a half hour, and didn't show until 1 hour later. Mind you, I'm bouncing back and fourth between 2 homes, trying to move, and juggling 3 kids, it was very inconvienant, I could have picked up the kids first if it was going to be within the hour, not 30 min as we originally discussed. Then, John never came, it was an employee of his, lack of communication, not a big deal right!? Just isn't great for first impressions. We couldn't get qualified for financing, for the entire purchase amount, so we decided to buy materials only, and do the flooring ourselves. John said, "please call my guy, and he will help you with any questions you may have during your install," but when I said, "do you have a business card?" They uncomfortably giggled and never game me one and said call the store. Just felt as if after I wasn't going to make the big purchase any longer, the helpfulness went out the door. I almost didn't get my flooring on the Friday we discussed me picking it up, he said his guy closes up the warehouse at 4, but he never communicated that to me, mind you, I'm rushing to get the floor done in one weekend before we needed to move in, but he called his guy to go back and open the warehouse, after I threw a fit. The guy that greeted me there, or lack thereof, was very rude. I ran out of material, called John on his cell to order one more box, and he was short and cold and told me to call the store. I called the store, and they said they would have Glenn (the brother) call me the next day as he and John were both out, well Glenn never called, so I followed up and spoke to a woman this time, she said she would call me right back, never called me either. I did not want to wait another day to finish my floor so I went straight to the manufacturing company to get the materials myself. Kid you not, still till this day, I have yet to receive a call back for more material, for all they know, I still need more. Why I spoke to 3 people and never got the help to order more material is beyond me. All that to say, would I go back or refer anyone? Not at all. I'm a stickler on great customer service and follow through. It's too bad as I love working with family owned businesses :( I am an aspiring real estate investor and they have lost a lot of future business with me.

i have used FInmark for many years. Always a great selection and installation. Gary and Simon are great to work with--- the job isn't done until all parties are completely satisfied. Wouldn't go anywhere else--- once you find a great company--- stick with it.

Finmark is first class! We found them randomly on google. Jon listen d to our needs and offered solutions to work within our budget. He came out promptly to measure. Excellent selection of carpet and tile. Pleasure to find a family business with excellent customer service!

I had quotes from several different people and even though not the lowest (and not the highest) I felt very comfortable with Gary's professionalism and old fashioned style of obvious pride in his work. I was not disappointed! The job came in on time, on budget and the quality of his work was outstanding. I would recommend Finmark and in particular, Gary to anyone and give him (them) my very highest rating. I cannot think of even one thing that disappointed me - and admittedly, I am a pretty tough critic.

We are looking for flooring to use in our Kitchen remodel and went to Finmark to look at samples. We have not made any selections yet but they were very helpful and spent time with us considering several flooring materials.
