We chose Llama/Janey Butler Interiors as there is no one else like them . They offer the full service from architect, to interior design and they are completely unique to any other company. As soon as we saw their beautiful showroom we knew they were the right company for us . We loved every aspect of what they did,from the use of beautiful natural products and cutting edge designs and they are fantastic people to work with. Can’t recommend them enough!

Clean sites, respectful trades and attention to detail that far exceeds any other projects worked on. I feel very fortunate to have discovered Llama Property Developments. This came at a time when my wife and I were struggling to comprehend the sheer size and scale (and opportunity!) of our build. What you will get from Llama: 1) Honesty - they will not pretend or lie to you about what is possible/achievable. 2) Professionalism - I'm actually a Project Director in another field - but Andy's ability to run projects, to time, agreed spec and budget - and at any give time, see the 'whole picture' - is startlingly good and key to the success of your project. 3) Creativity - yes you're paying for a service - but having access to such a wealth of experience and ideas - which enables Andy and the team to make sensible, achievable and appropriate suggestions all the way through is a huge plus 4) Quality - the quality of the tradesmen/professionals in the Llama team really has to be seen to be believed. From Planning Consultant, Architect and Project Manager, to Builders, Carpenters, Interior Design etc - the output is incredibly good. I genuinely have not seen better. 5) Proven Track Record - this was a big thing for my wife and I (to put our minds at ease). Look at what Llama have achieved - their portfolio (and don't forget the awards!) isn't simply impressive - their work is stunning. At this end of the market, my experience is that some companies are still 'playing at it'. Llama are the real deal. I have no hesitations in recommending them and will be using them in future.
