Project: Installation of a skylight over an existing 4 foot by 9 1/2 foot opening in the front porch roof. This is a very professional company. The Project Manager, Sofia, promptly returned my call the same day. Set up a date to bid the project. She and Arlen Lee(company owner} arrived at designated time and explained what construction was required. Sofia researched venders for a suitable skylight. A skylight the size of the full opening was very expensive and over my budget. She continued researching and came up with several alternative ideas. I opted for a 4x6 foot skylight . Once it was delivered the project was expertly completed in two days by Tyler and Roger. If responsiveness , communication , staying on budget ,and exceptional workmanship is what you are looking for in a contractor, then I highly recommend Lee & Co.

We are in the process of renovating a 100 year old SF Edwardian and started on the upstairs rooms. After interviewing and meeting with several contractors we chose Lee & Co. and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. We are still amazed at how meticulous, professional and hard working everyone was and the fact that the project was finished on time-incredible! We want to thank Rob for the personal attention he gave our project and for the outstanding level of communication. We are truly impressed with the results and look forward to continuing our relationship when we get to the downstairs project.
