PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The studio has the ability to view a project from both an architectural and design perspective: comprising a team of enthusiastic and talented individuals with expertise in the fields of Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, Landscape Design and Graphics, the studio aim to provide perfect design solutions that expand beyond original client’s expectations due to our wide artistic experience.
There is no substitute for experience: almost thirty years of work in different Countries and Cultures, combined with a young and dynamic team have set the studio aside in the field of Design, always embracing latest technologies and trends whilst keeping a timeless attention to quality and detail.
After a preliminary meeting with the customer to gather information on style, personal preferences, needs, timelines and budget and an accurate examination of the space and the use of it, Stefano Vanni and his studio create, design and propose the solution best suited to client’s own requirements.
When mood-boards and perspective views are approved, the next stage is start work on the detail drawings, since at this point, most of the design and materials have been finalized.
These drawings include construction / demolition and Measurement layout, Flooring layout, Electrical layouts, Ceiling plan and Elevations.
After working drawings are complete, the final stage is coordination and managing of contractors to start work on implementing the design.
During this phase, our team will also help client buy the furniture and accessory and other items needed for implementation.
