Whereas estate agents act for the vendor, I work on your behalf as the buyer, so I will help to secure the best for you. -Rental market experience – Having run a successful luxury villa rental company, I know exactly what kind of properties rent well to an international market, so I am well placed to help you choose, renovate and equip a suitable property, giving it a ‘wow factor which generates your desired rental income. -Renovation project management - I have managed several renovation projects in Italy for the owners of holiday villas, so I can help you complete projects within time and budget. -Italian and English speaker – As a native Italian who is used to English, it enables me to assist and explain the Italian property sales and management process to non-native speakers. -I am the owner of a luxury holiday home in Sicily – Having bought and renovated my luxury villa in Sicily, which rents successfully, I can offer you my invaluable advice based on personal experience to help you invest wisely and avoid pitfalls. -Villa Management – I have an excellent team managing a portfolio of rental properties in Italy, which have been entrusted to me over the last 20 years.
