“South Bay Grading did an excellent job on our road. The schedule was clear and the project was done on time. They had great communication and we were able to work out what we could get done with the funding that we had. Shawn was patient with multiple meetings to work out details, and Aaron kept an impeccable schedule for the project. Highly recommend getting a bid and discussing your project with these experienced, hard workers.”

“We are very happy with Rogers Stone. From the beginning, Eric was awesome to work with. He was professional, understands your needs, and gets things done. The crew was top notch and completed our front yard in only one day. We had an underground leak in one of our sprinkler pipes in our flower bed and they fixed it without charge. The turf itself is beautiful and we feel it looks better than any of the turf installations that we have seen. We whole heartily recommend Rogers Stone company and you will be happy if you install their turf.”

“I built a new house last year including extensive hardscaping on a gentle slope. As a key part of the project, Ryan Marlinghaus and his crew installed several hundred linear feet of Perktop walkways. They were a joy to work with and the finished product is beautiful as well as practical. Rainwater drains through the PerkTop capped concrete as fast as through decomposed granite (DG) without the mess (does not get tracked into the house) and maintenance associated with DG. I can highly recommend Pervious Products.”

“We had Adam come out to our house to give us a quote on our front yard a month ago. We envisioned something that we wanted, but Adam gave us some really good suggestions and we ended up going with his design. We don't regret it at all because it looks amazing. We weren't quite ready to jump in and get it done, and Adam was not pushy at all with his sales, which I really appreciated. After a few months we decided to go with them and the house looks great. Adam kept tabs on all the progress and the crew finished early. Crew was great, very respectful of the house, worked hard, and really knows what they are doing. I am very proud of my front yard.”

“Very helpful, answered all my questions, very polite group of people they were here on time and finished with in the time frame that the work was suppose to be done. Also I had some questions about how the work was going to look, they help me understand it, and also gave me good ideas that we used towards the project.”

““What a terrific job Bay Services did taking down my patio cover and sun room. They worked very hard in very hot weather and they did a very good job. “So very happy we went with Wright Stone. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. They did a wonderful job on our driveway, transforming it from a rocky road with jarring bumps and ruts into a beautifully smooth paved driveway, and it only took 2 days. Considering the size and difficulty of the project. I highly recommend them for your paving needs.”
