“Capitol Restorations completed the mold remediation at my house and did an overall fantastic job. I needed to rent out my house and needed the mold remediated within a short period of time. This was my first time experiencing the effects of mold in a house. I received estimates from three businesses before making my choice. I had a conversation with the owner of the company who was well mannered and extremely knowledgeable on mold issues. We scheduled a time to meet and look over the work within a few days. After meeting with Capitol, I had an estimate within a couple days. I worked with the owner over the next couple weeks to answer the large amount of questions I had about the process.
