“Purchased a fire place for on Black Friday and the price was more affordable for the fire place than competing websites. We saved $100! Due to the holiday business, it was slightly difficult to reach the company at first, but they were prompt responding through social media. The fire place was shipped and delivered within 1 week of placing the order. Set up was forward and easy. After set up, we love our new fire place and hope it lasts us many years to come. The fire place itself has several features that are controlled via remote control. Overall, a great buy from a prompt company, that I do surely recommend.”

“I am a NYC based interior designer and worked with Chesney's on a major project in San Francisco last year. We specified two beautiful Chesney's models; the "Nash" and the "Langley". The company's product and service are superior in every way, and working with Katherine Perino at the NYC showroom was a terrific experience. This was a long distance project with a lot of moving parts and thanks to Katherine, no detail was overlooked. The final results are absolutely spectacular, and the clients are thrilled. I had a wonderful experience and would work with Chesney's again tomorrow!”

“Mark and the whole Wood Stove team, from the installers to the front desk, are so great! We have worked on several high end projects over the past few years with them, and they have been extremely professional, accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Their work is meticulous and the installers always clean up after themselves (as a construction professional, i know this isn't always the case!) They take the time to answer every question or address any concern our clients have, and are always prompt to return phone calls and emails.”

“This product allows you to safely add a fire feature anywhere without costly flues, and gas lines. Not only that in many cases a fire feature just would not be possible. Burns very clean and the optional insert make it so you can have candles in the place during the warmer months. Very well executed.”

On time and accountable for the installation, great suggestions, help with timing excellent in every way. From the first call over to Taylor's when Penny answered and was so helpful to our clients, I knew we picked the folks we will be working with for many years to come. We have been working with them since 2013. I have included some of the fireplace pics we have done over the years together with the folks at Taylor's.
