For over 20 years I was partner in an architectural Studio; now I’ve put in place a new Studio in Turin - Via Baretti 36, - together with a number of architects and engineers, a small group of senior experts that I know very well because we had the opportunity to work together on projects in the past. We have established together a new way to operate and collaborate in order to be effective and cost efficient. We will form a dedicated team for each project depending on the job we have to do. Each person becomes partner for that specific project ensuring his commitment, becoming responsible for his job and fully involved for the right execution of the entire project. In this way we have people always motivated and involved reducing the costs and becoming more competitive in the market ( we create a specific team only if we have a project to execute).
