“My experience with Legit Roofing was good in most respects. Their sales reps were courteous, informative and not pushy, however they didn't realize that their roof venting system (which they highlighted as a major improvement for my roof) wouldn't be compatible with my insulated vaulted ceilings. They kept me well informed of their scheduled start date which evolved a bit due to weather and other projects. Once they got started, the crew worked efficiently and carefully around my extensive landscaping and did a good job with the installation. They consulted with me immediately once the incompatibility with the vent system became apparent. I appreciate that they chose to talk to me about it first and allow me to redirect that part of the project rather than go ahead with something that wouldn't work down the road. They were also decent about negotiating a discount for this change. I certainly appreciate the high quality Owens Corning product they install and the warranty that backs it up.”

“The stress of investing in a roof for your home is something no one wants to do, but has to be done! I got a referral to 503 Roofing from a friend of mine who was impressed by the job they had done on their neighbor's house. I called them, and within an hour I had an estimate in my Inbox!! WOW! I was loving the number they gave as well, as it was a quarter of the amount another company had quoted us!!??! They were quick, clean, and did GREAT WORK! They cleaned up each night, (well, they were only here a day and a half!) and loved that they did a magnet sweep around the house! We have fur babies, and loved that I didn't have to worry about them stepping on a nail or something! They also replaced anything else that was unsafe and could be hazardous to our home! I am beyond impressed, and know I would give them my highest recommendation for anyone else's roof. Since I won't be needing them for another 30+ years! :)”
