“I had a totally exceptional experience with Alex Perez's Roofing! It started with a competitive, detailed bid. After Alex walked through the details of his plan for a variety of roof repairs and updates needed for my concrete tile roof, I felt confident about his solutions. He also explained some potential downsides from competitor bids. The team was friendly, courteous and efficient. I spent time with them on the roof. They explained everything they were doing and showing me in real time while they were working. It really helped me understand (and see) exactly what they were doing. Alex and his team were great communicators throughout the entire process. The quality of their work is outstanding! I absolutely intend to bring them back in a few years for a roof check-up and will confidently refer them to neighbors, friends and family in the area!”

“First meeting- Consultation, Looked at our wood shake roof to get a feel of what we had to do. Shingles were very, very dry, falling off. Gave an honest consult of who, what ,when (steps) of the process of putting in the new roof. Costing in all the items to be placed, Venting, Sheathing, Carpentry work, Fascia Gutters & Downspouts w/EZ lock gutter guards. Their estimate was right on the money, 2 day's of work, efficient, Clean-up daily. Very respectful. Followed up with courtesy call. Now getting ready to paint the Exterior!”

“After exhaustive research, we found this wonderful craftsman, Ray Kroeck, to install the roof of our dream house. We interviewed 5 or 6 "slaters" in northern California, and found none (except Ray) who were not only knowledgeable about the craft, but also honest enough to give us a roof that would last a lifetime. Throughout repeated problems with not only the General Contractor, but also with the importer of the Chinese slate, Ray Kroeck represented us, the homeowner, in an attempt to get us our 300 year roof. His work is old school, he represents a pride of ownership in his work, and gives this lost art a shot at the future. Not sure what will happen when artists like Ray Kroeck are no longer available. We are looking to Ray for consultation and hopefully installation at an alpine compound we are developing near Tahoe. Think freeze thaw, snow loads, ice dams, etc. We would trust no one but Ray for such a task...”
