“I had about 5 different companies come to bid my roof job. They all claimed it was a 2 man job for 2 days. They quoted me double the price that Sam did. Sam did the job by himself. He did it for half the price. He included (at no extra cost) The cost of the underlay ($200) & it's free installing. (Not covered by his competitors) He also went above and beyond and painted my stacks (at no extra cost) He cleaned up all of the mess & disposed of all of the shingles. (Also not in the other quotes) He gave me a written contract warranty. This man has integrity. He is a one man machine. He did the work in 2 half days (By himself) At half the price of all 4 other of his competitors with a warranty. Hire this guy. The work was superb. Looks fantastic! “my new roof was installed in one day without a trace of them being there! (okay, 3 nails on the ground and about 5 little flyaway stickers) Efficient and skilled...moderately priced and you know they'll be around to back up their warranty!”
