“Me and my wife were affected by the 6/4/2019 storm that hit or Lakeville home. We had a representative come to our door from Archer Exteriors. He was the most professional of all the door to door companies buzzing around, and by far the most knowledgeable. So we gave him a shot, filed our claim with him and just finished our adjuster meeting. After the Archer team and our adjuster finished the meeting, our adjuster agreed to do a full roof replacement AND full siding replacement (which we were not expecting). The Archer rep already has his estimate done, he had roofing and siding samples in his truck ready to go for us AND we're getting on the schedule for late next week to start the installation. We're absolutely blown away how fast and painless this was and grateful not to have this drag out over the summer. I'd recommend stopping an Archer rep in the street if you see them driving around (they have the bright orange signage) and have them help you. They've been ON TOP of this whole process for us.”

“Every person we had contact with at this company was amazing, from the owner to the contractors putting the new shingles and siding on our home. This company went above and beyond our expectations, and became more of a family for that summer than just a contracting company working on our home. I recently recommended them to an acquaintance who then signed a contract for their work after just one meeting - they were as impressed as I was. The work and craftsmanship was superb, and I would hire them back in an instant!”

“Upon the presale inspection of my home, I was informed that I had CertainTeed New Horizon Shingles and the roof was in need of replacement. I priced out three contractors and their previous clients recommendations and came to the conclusion that Evergreen Construction Company was my only clear choice. From start to finish Evergreen took care of everything, from working with my home insurer to the city home building inspector. Evergreen recommended upgrades that were cost efficient as well as updating the roof to meet current building inspection codes. Evergreen showed up on time, expeditiously ordered the material and installed them. Afterwards, they cleaned the area better than before they started and got a kudos from the home inspector on the installation. This made me, the homeowner, feel as thou I had made the proper choice with Evergreen. Joe Hahs and crew is knowledgeable in the current building codes, extremely professional, easy to work with and the reroofing process went as expected. I strongly recommend using Joe Hahs and Evergreen Construction Company for your roofing and window replacement needs.”

“Our home was in desperate need of a face lift. We also need a few new windows that were causing us issues. We choose Snap and overall we had a great experience throughout the process. They were great with communication and we felt they were priced right. We really liked the richlin windows they sold us on. We also like that the product is made here in Minnesota. We liked the multiple quality control inspections after the project was complete. The first happened at the end of the job where we walked with the crew foreman around the home. The second came just after that and was a final inspection of the property. They seemed very thorough in the process and made us feel as though our home was protected. Overall we were impressed and will be using them in the future for the rest of our windows.”

“Excellent work. Chris Nitardy is a perfectionist and his work shows it. He can find potential problems ahead of time and makes sure they don't happen. He has built out our office condo and has done multiple projects at our home including a media room and complete kitchen remodel. It is unusual to be completely delighted at the end of a long project but that has been my experience with Alexander Homes.”
