“Scott Bart gave us a fair estimate for the cost of removing 2 layers of shingle and replacing then over our garage and breezeway roof, to match the main house. He answered all our questions about code and quality of the product used. On the day, a team of three came on time and worked very efficiently. They were courteous and professional, they cleaned carefully after the work was done, including the gutters; we found only 4 nails afer sweeping: they removed buckets full of them! The paper work is administered by Denise Bart, and she provided exactly what the insurance company required. It was fast, well done and actually a great experience. We are confident the work is well done, and we would hire this company without hesitation.”

“Working with this company to remove and replace my shingles damaged by hail damage was a great experience. They helped me navigate through the insurance adjuster stage until the completion. They had several challenges with my roof. I had a metal contraption to hold Christmas decorations on my roof, a satellite dish, and some rain diverters that all needed to be removed to start the job. They performed the work in one day and did a great job in cleaning up any debris. I have a ramp next to my driveway making it necessary for them to hand carry the shingles up to the roof as they couldn't be delivered to the roof. And my neighbors even called the next day telling me what a relief it was that they made almost no noise at all and were done in one day. Other neighbors were asking for their name and number as they were so impressed.”

“The work was done quickly and very professionally. They're easy to contact and are very friendly. The only thing keeping this rating a 5-star is that I requested a spring roof installation and they arrived unannounced in Nov with everything. Although the timing wasn't what I requested the roof is done and appears to be fine. The few days of unseasonably warm weather helped that.”

“Two years ago, Core replace our roof and painted our house after hail damage. So when we were hit again by hail in late 2014 our first call was to Core because of their excellent work. This time (April 2015) they will be replacing our roof, eight windows, gutters and deck restoration.”

“they did our rental home after another roofing company made a mess when they did that home. Excel did a wonderful job, passed inspection by the city the first time. They are Very thoughtful and courteous. We have just signed them up to do our current home and they scheduled it quickly. They will be removing two layers and installing a new one. Very reasonable prices with top notch professionalism.They plan to get someone out here to remove our swamp cooler from the roof and have it put back on the very next day., due to health issues with heat. Finally a roofing company we can trust. Seems that's the one type of contractor that is attached to horrible stories. Our insurance company stopped referring roofers due to that problem........”

“Very pleased with precision seamless gutters the job was done very professionally. From the start dealing with Steven coming out and helping us. to the office help valorie for all the help information and getting a scheduled. To the young men that put up the gutters and downspouts Walker and Dominic. Kept everything clean no nails screws anything in the yard so my dogs won't get hurt very pleased with that and they look beautiful. Thank you very much we will recommend you again and again.”
