“This company is simply outstanding!!! I had a shower installed with Hydro Shield, and due to my stupidity used an acidic product on it to remove some water spots (I have hard water in my area). Unfortunately, I made the problem much worse. Several people had told me that the glass was ruined. A costly mistake to say the least. So with no expectations, I called the company to see if there was anything they could do to correct my problem. Jim the owner drove 3 hours to my house to look at my shower door. Within the first few minutes, he reassured me that he could bring the glass back to where it needed to be with a smile. I was so relieved!! Jim explained to me that the Hydro Shield is a very tuff product. I just needed to use an alcohol based liquid to clean it, such as Hydro Shield glass cleaner. That’s all! My shower door would stay beautiful, and it has. The customer service was absolutely the best that I’ve ever encountered. They really stand behind their wonderful product. I installed another shower door with Hydro Shield. Very pleased!”
