“This company is beyond fantastic!!! Despite the very late night call Evgeny’s team arrived shortly to help us with the process of drying the house out after a pipe in the kitchen had broken and water got all over the living room. Guys were very efficient, personable, professional and very knowledgeable! They explained me in details the scope of work and the team communicated with us every step of the process. They not just saved our furniture and rugs, but also communicated with our homeowner’s insurance company, so our claim got approved. They really care about helping people, and did a really great job, so I highly recommend them.”

“When my parents passed away unexpectedly, my siblings and I were left with the overwhelming task of clearing out the family house. When we got to the basement, it took us two dumpsters to clear everything. Then, we were left with decades of dirt, grime, water damage, even ceilings that were falling down and walls that were crumbling. We didn’t know where to begin so we did a google search and found Tom at KOS Cleaning. He came over and gave us a free estimate. Later that week he brought his team and they completed the daunting task in ONE day! They removed the broken walls and ceiling, power washed the floors, vacuumed and disinfected all surfaces (even behind the walls) and removed all of the debris. Tom was easy to communicate with and addressed all of our concerns. We are so relieved to have had the basement expertly treated and cleaned. I would highly recommend KOS.”
