“I rarely write reviews, but Barry and his crew showed up earlier than expected which was a pleasant change from many companies I've used in the past. I personally manage over 125 residential apartments. It was a saving grace to have a company like Abbott's Fire and Flood to call in an emergency, which is stressful especially when after hours. I appreciate both the quick response and quality of work they provide. They are truly second to none.”

“John and ProCare Services did a fantastic job! Our home had an air conditioning leak that spread through our wood flooring as well as behind our kitchen cabinets. John handled the entire situation with complete honesty, respect, and care! Not only was he willing to work with our insurance, but also was flexible around our crazy work schedules. “Great team, very professional and responsive. Leo, Austin, and Robert, the field crew, were very polite and thorough. Anthony was great to work with and made sure any concerns were addressed. Laura was always willing to work us into the schedule and was very informative about the process. I will use them again if needed, but I hope not to go through the remediation process again.”

“I like to call this company my old reliable. I've had a few issues with ant infestations in two of our apartments and they've always fixed the problem. Nice, professional guys who truly have been doing this for a very long time or at least it seems like it! I ask for Andy, Josh, or Drew. They did a roofing job for onea my friends, too. He seems very happy so far!”
